Delivery : Sprint Retrospective

During the sprint retrospective, the team discuss what went well, what didn’t go well and what they could do better while reflecting on the previous sprint.

It is important that a small number of actions that can reasonably be completed before the next retrospective are identified.

Actions from the previous retrospectives are also reviewed.
