On the Mosaic platform a suite of automated tests run each night which continuously check the changes being made in a sprint. If a test fails then a bug is raised against that failure and is added to the current sprint with a high severity. The developers are alerted of the failure and will fix the bug to ensure the tests then begin passing again and the release of the sprints work can proceed.
